Billing happens when you order. All boxes ship the last week of each month.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package on our shipping partner site.

Can I choose my own teas or customize my box?
Build your own boxes are not available yet. Personalization is coming soon. For now, we curate variety collections so you can steep, sip, and enjoy.
How big are the tea samples?
A single box includes 12 servings. A double box includes 24 servings. Each sample is sized so you can enjoy multiple cups and get a real taste of each tea.
What is the difference between Discovery and Seasonal?
Discovery gives you a mix of bold, fruity, herbal, calming, and classic teas. Seasonal features limited time blends inspired by the time of year. Both routes deliver variety.
Can I skip a month, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Our boxes are prepaid, not monthly subscriptions. If you need to adjust a delivery date, please contact support.
What perks do I get with longer commitments?
Three months locks in guaranteed access. Six months includes a discount and early shipping priority. Twelve months makes you a Founding Member with bonus gifts and early access to new features. At the end of twelve months, you can renew.
What if I do not like a tea in my box?
Discovery is part of the experience. If you are completely unhappy with your order, please contact support and we will make it right.
